Blacksmith Viking Knife

These are traditional blacksmith knives hand forged from 1084 steel by me in my little Kentish Forge. They measure approx 150mm-160mm long with a blade length of approx 6cm -7cm. They are all unique as they are handmade so please contact me if there is a particular one you would like. 

Each one weighs roughly 56g and are finished with a light oil.

They are sold with a leather sheath. They are made by me from high quality veg tan leather and dyed either brown or black. If a different colour is required, please contact me before buying to discuss what I can do for you. They are traditionally designed to hang from cord around the neck but the loop on the back would be large enough for a belt no wider than 5cm. 

These little knives also make excellent letter openers! 

Care instructions: 
Never store a knife in its sheath for long periods of time, it will absorb water and rust the blade. Oil the blade before storing each time and store in a plastic bag -not in the sheath. Please be aware these knives are very sharp so take care when opening.
