Brick & Bar Slider

This is a 'Brick & Bar' haptic slider, sometimes called a magnetic slider. 

This particular variation is made from solid brass with 7 neodymium magnets (4 on one side and 3 on the other) and has a textured finish on the outside for added grip. This is finished with a natural 'bright' finish so will patina over time and with use. 

It measures 50mm x 12mm and 9mm thick. It weighs roughly 34g. 

This was made with my son in mind who has ADHD and is great for him to carry in his pocket to fiddle with. It helps distract him in situations that make him anxious. The larger sliders are to strong for him to use effectively.
