Steel Holly Leaves

These forged steel Holly leaves are all individually made by me in my little Kentish forge. 

They measure roughly 10cm high and 6cm wide. They are made from 1mm thick steel and, on average, weigh roughly 15-20g each. So can be supported by the tree branches easily. You could also easily wire them together to hang them if you prefer that look using the 2.5mm hole in each leaf.

They have been heated to leave a beautiful blue tinge to the surface for a unique look. They are then finished with a thin coat of lacquer to create a slightly glossy finish and protect them.
